CLIENT AND SALON PROTOCOL GUIDELINES

I have planned to make the salon as COVID19 SAFE as possible for the safety of our clients and staff and have carried out a risk assessment. Our staff will all be wearing PPE – visors, gloves and masks, plus Perspex screens have been fitted to the nail desks and the reception area for protection, as it is so important that we all abide by the rules to remain open. 20 Second hand washing, and sanitising is most important. We will do our best to fit you all in but are opening with 3-4 therapists at any one time, so that the total of customers and therapists in the salon will be 6-8.

  • The TRACK AND TRACE QR Code will be displayed, which you can scan before entering the salon.
  • Please do not come in if you show signs of flu, high temperature, new continuous dry cough, loss of smell and taste or anyone else in the house who has been self-isolating for the last 7 days. We can reschedule your appointment.
  • We will send you out your appointment reminder which will include the COVID19 Health Assessment questionnaire via email or text which you MUST complete before your appointment.
  • Your temperature will be checked on arrival at the salon and you will be asked to put all of your items in a plastic bag- Handbag, Jacket.

  • On entry of the salon you will be asked to use the hand sanitiser located at the bottom of the stairs. You will then come up the stairs and asked to wash your hands in the restroom and your therapist will take you to the treatment room. After your treatment we ask you to use the hand sanitising station at the top of the stairs before exiting the salon.
  • You will not be able to enter the salon until our previous client as left, to maintain the 2 metre distance rule at the entrance. We have created a one way system as you arrive and exit the main salon to avoid cross over of customers.
